These Terms govern your use of the Service provided by SkyNet Technologies Limited ("SkyNet," "we," "us," or "our"). 3.2. User Content: By submitting User Content, you grant Project Manager a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display User Content in connection with the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

5. Termination

Project Manager may terminate or suspend your access to the Service, without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

6.2. Project Manager does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your requirements.

Project Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.

9. Changes to Terms

Project Manager reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
